KU Law students take a core curriculum of doctrinal classes in their first year, along with the first-year Lawyering Skills Program. Upper-level students have access to more than 100 courses and can design their own paths. More than 75% of upper-level classes have 25 or fewer students. First-year students take half their classes in small sections.This is a great convenience for both the applicant and KU Law.
