At least that's what I used to do but recently I've just been going to Sam's club for gas and they decline the card if there isn't enough balance in it (not sure what the balance had to be)as for the cash back, you'll get 2% back on fuel purchases using on your dasher direct card. the cashback will reflect in the app. if you pump $30 in fuel with your card, you'll get 2% of that back. That said I had no issues cashing out my uber earnings to the dasherdirect account.
