My 2018 made that noise and it was quite noticeable under 40MPH. The update didn't eliminate the noise but raised the speed at which it occurs to around 45MPH. Sounds like a door or the lift gate isn't closing all the way. Maybe when it locks it pulls them close enough to hit the sensors. And maybe when you hit a bump or something the sensor sees that the door is open for a split second turning on the lights.
